To change the lowbeam headlights in a trevor, you’’re supposed to go through the wheel well, well I stripped out the bolts last time and the shop changed the lights. I went to change them myself again and the original screws were untouched, so the shop did it a different way, how did they do it? I’m looking in the engine bay and I can’t see a way to access it without removing the front clip support. The bolts are too small to latch a vice grip onto and I’m about to weld a nut to it and replace them. I was wondering if the shop just had an easier way to do it.

The shop had a smaller pair of vice grips and got those screws out.
And put them back on? That seems stupid
Probably less work for them than trying to find another set of those screws
I mean they’re standard half inch by quarter inch bolts iirc
small vicegrips didnt work, welded on nuts but it melted the plastic and we pulled the whole thing out
