Just bought.
Changed shocks, rotors, brakes, oil, trand fluid, antifreeze, pcv valve, tires. Anything else I should check and service or possibly change?
Considering sway bar links, tie rod bushings, cv axle grease, control arm bushing for the suspension, engine mounts since I feel moderate vibration.
Is that overkill?

I wouldn't suggest throwing money at a corolla just for the hell of it

Brake fluid if you didn’t already change it when you did brakes.

CV axle grease, as long as your CV boots are all intact and not torn or leaking, leave them be.

The amount of work and mess is not worth it especially since the axle kits are not cheap like they used to be.

Did it on my Altima. Pulled the axles, cut the boots off, old, liquidy grease is every, and didn’t have the proper crimping tool for the metal ties. It worked well what I did.
