Best thing you can do is ask questions, ask for photos that prove ownership, vin numbers, and just generally give the car a look over

It’s a 12 year old GM product with 118k on it, not to mention it’s a rental spec Camaro and almost certainly been poorly maintained. I’d estimate it’s priced about what it’s worth. Having said that, if you were to be serious about buying this thing, get a PPI; and make sure the title has a VIN that matches the VIN of the car and the name on the title matches the seller’s name
