that'll depend on what you want.
- if you liked the original feel and power then go OEM.
- if you want something that kicks in later but makes more power then go bigger, just make sure the engine can take it
- if you want something that spools quicker and don't need as much power then go smaller
What would I need to do to get something that is bigger? Would I need to change anything else?
unsure, you'll have to research your specific car and engine to see how big of a turbo it'll handle, how much boost it'll handle and how much power it'll handle.
both the engine, the cooling system, the transmission and the axles
also keep in mind that depending on how your turbo broke there could be issues you need to sort before installing a new one or issues that caused the original turbo to die
