yea its coming from inside the intake
i think its probably a bad intake manifold gasket
i think its causing this small misfire
Typically excess air past the MAF just causes a lean condition as it shouldn’t affect the valve timing but
It could idk
Would have to actually look at the engine to properly diagnose it
the map sensor?
i already checked and its clean i tried plugging it in and out and that doesnt change anything
Mass airflow sensor
It’s apart of the air intake system, it tells the computer how much fuel to spray in relation to how much air the engine is sucking in, so you get the proper air fuel ratio for complete combustion. If you get an air leak after the sensor the engine doesn’t know it’s getting too much air so it won’t spray enough fuel to get good combustion. This is a lean condition. Rich condition would be too much fuel not enough air.
yes i just got it replaced actually
most likely a leak somewhere
i somtimes hear it spray when it tries dying on start
