how can i fix my low beams?

Your high beams are not on, your high beams are on when you push the stalk forward

Which doesn’t seem to be the case. When you turn the selector switch, your turning on the low beams

Your parking lights stay on with the low beams. And when you select just the parking lights, your low beams shut off

On your stalk you have three selections, off, parking lights and low beams

When your low beams are ON, your parking lights are on, which is simply a dual filament indicator lamp.

are these not supposed to shut off?

when i turn on my parking lights both the bulbs are off and my turn signal indicator is the only one that’s on

In this picture it looks like your high beams are on correct? Because your fog lights are not on which automatically switch off when you have your HIGH beams on.

because usually that middle bulb is the only one on and it’s bright as hell, now the high beams are the ones that get brighter and the low beam is dim

Ok so I was wrong a bit. Your lights next to your grill are your high beams and the ones next to those are your low beams.
