Hi all. Wondering what would be the best way to repair this paint scuff on our '95 Mini? Some neighbours had an argument in the street last night and one of them threw a piece of plasterboard, missing their target and hitting our car. The scuff is about 5 inches in length.

If it's just a surface scuff and not a scratch, then scratch remover with buff and polish should take care of it. Meguiars, Mothers, Turtle Wax, pick your preference.
From the pic it does look just surface level
If you can run a finger nail over it and not feel a ridge you're good
