so i’m buying a 2001 toyota celsior and it’s on bags, rn it’s on 19s on the front and 20s in the back and the rims are super ugly. insurance is taking my nissan gloria but the rims on it are beauty, but they are 18s. i’m concerned about if having 18s would end up making the car bottom out or if it doesn’t make much difference, also the fitment might be bum. basically i’m just wondering if it’s worth the hassle or not
#Might be a dumb question

Why is insurance taking your Gloria? But that aside, the move is to get your tire size to match the same outer diameter as what’s on there right now. Since you are putting 18’s on a car that has larger wheels right now, you want to put taller sidewall on the 18’s to make it work. You’ll get better ride quality too, as a bonus. https://www.willtheyfit.com

insurance is taking my gloria because they are bums, hit a deer and they said it’s not fixable
thank you so much though.
Oh that’s rough to hear but glad you’re ok at least. Good luck with the next project!
