The rear hatch on it works but it also doesn’t when you push the button that’s inside the car on the key fob and the lever to open it from the outside opens it and it does recognize that someone is trying to access the rear of the car but it opens and goes out only a few inches and starts beeping and closes it again

Went to go check it out and found out that the sensors were dirty but now when I try to pull the lever to open it it does nothing

This might be a dealer fix - there’s a possibility the wiring in that rear panel has chafed through and is shorting out. If you’re ok taking apart the rear hatch to do some investigation, it’ll be easy to see if the wires are rubbed through or not.
