Hi everyone,
I still have the problem since last year. The gas milage of the car is horrible, smoke and a horrible smell comes out the exhaust, idles rough, and revs go up and down when stopped. Here's what I did (that didn't fix the problem):

  • Replaced air filter,
  • Cleaned IAC and air intake valves.
  • Added catalytic converter cleaner and injector cleaner,
  • Replaced two injectors and checked the rest.
But the problem is still here. When connecting the car t the computer I get the following reading (Picture 1). When I read the live data, the Bank 1 Sensor 1 voltage I think is too low (and that is why the engine is injecting too much fuel) (Picture 2). As you can see the voltage output in the oxygen sensor is very low. I compared that value with the value of my father's Volvo 960 that runs smooth (Picture 3). As you can see the voltage output is way higher.
Is there a way of checking if that is the problem? I tried unplugging the O2 sensor but nothing happened and the output values are the same (maybe I unplugged the downstream sensor by mistake?)

WHOA those fuel trims, that's either the biggest leak or the sensor is bad

I think positive means it's adding 25% extra fuel which is terrible for the catalytic converters

I didn't know what fuel trims are...
