Been trying to get this nut off for days, have tried knipex pliers, have tried hammering on extractor sockets and no access to a welder, everytime I hammer on a smaller Extractor socket I hammer it on all the way and then as soon as I start turning the extractor socket just slips right off, anybody have some clever ideas or think I’m doing anything wrong in regards to getting this off? Have used penetrating oil but don’t have much access to heat.

Carefully use a grinder and cut a small grove; then use a hammer and chisel and split it.
Even make a tool for the job if you wanna buy that

get a stripped nut socket set, 25 bucks on amazon
got my stripped lug nut off and it required 100 some lb ft of torque so a 30-40lb ft for an exhaust manifold nut or bolt should be easy
