Black wheels are fun. Brake upgrade probably isn’t necessary but make sure your pads and rotors are in good shape, and if you don’t know when the brake fluid was last changed then it is time to change it. And then keep changing it every two years regardless of mileage.
This gen of pilot looks great. Exactly what Coffee said. Check brake pads and rotors. Do your fluid changes and you will be good
Yeah and theres just so much space
first start by getting the engine main and connecting rod bearing recall done...
what does any of that mean
Get your vin and put it in to check for open recalls https://www.nhtsa.gov/recalls
ur car has an engine recall I am pretty sure, the main bearings in the engine seize and the motor is gone
0 Unrepaired Recalls
GG @delicate anvil, you just advanced to level 1! Chat more to level up and earn top roles!
Yeah I was going to say this earlier. There is a year of Honda pilots with the 3.5 that had bearing issues. You might be good if your saying so
Sweet
@marble tangle it might be a TSB and not a recall? Recalls usually limited to safety issues
Oh interesting, it was a recall, and they specifically jumped the 2017 Pilot. Bits for 16 and 18-19 Pilot
it was a recall because it would stall at highway speeds from seizing, usually t/c will be lock up at highway speeds and if the motor seized the t/c isnt gonna be able to move independently so it locks up the wheels as well
dang... different bearing set in the 2017?
ik i was saying just to make sure
I will
So cinematic lmao dope
