Are my speakers ok

Installed these a week ago and spotted this today when taking panel off is this normal?

There is like a bubble twards the middle of the speakers

Looks like water kind of but it’s just that material bubbled up

I guess I cant really see the bubble, sorry. You are not talking about the two leads feeding the tweeter assembly are you? They are covered in a black sealant to prevent vibration from dislodging them, and that is perfectly normal.
