Something whacked your underside pretty hard, that should not have hit anything mechanical. Risk would be if it hit a fuel line but you’d smell it and see a dripping. Likely unrelated to your no start condition. When you say it doesn’t start anymore, does it crank? Does it click? Does it have lights? Does it have any trouble codes? Any contributing factors that you’re aware of? Did you drive it one day and the next day it doesn’t start?

It just doesn't start no lights it was fine two days ago. My brother said that something has been stolen from inside the car

A dead battery is a possibility. Start by having that tested
