A buddy of mine has a 2016 Charger R/T, and its been starting weird these last few days, he said the rpms shot up to where it was redlining for a second or two, and today it backfired on startup. Could this be a starter issue, maybe timing, or computer issue?

Sorry totally forgot to tell you, he was able to fix it, I think he said something about a part being gunked up, it starts up fine now

I was Gonna recommend to clean throttle body after seeing all vids and photos u give 😜
Throttle body vid was going to be what I needed but the starting vid from inside was just lie is just want see ur charger
