We're trying to replace the brake pads/rotors on a 2004 Ford F150 with a 4.6L V8 Gas Engine, I managed to get the Guide Pin bolts off, but can't get the ones holding in the god damn caliper bracket to remove the rotors. We tried some PB Blaster, and we just tried some MAX Strength Brake Cleaner last night and left it to set. I also need the Torque Specs for the Bracket to the Hub(?) and Caliper to the Bracket, along with the Tires.
#Need Torque Specs/Advice for Bolt Removal on a '04 Ford 150

I found the Torque Specs, Now I just need to figure out how to remove a bolt attached with 150lb ft, and Possibly Red Thread Locker
The caliper brackets are generally a pain in the ass, especially if you live in a climate that gets a lot of snow because on top of any sort of threadlocker that was used on those you essentially get it rust welded as well.
What you want to do is just absolutely drench it with penetrating oil or or penetrating lubricant leave it for about a minute or two.
Then what you do is take an impact wrench and start unscrewing it for about 2 to 3 seconds, then start screwing it in. This seems counterintuitive but the idea behind this is it will slowly start to loosen any threadlock or rust welds that are in place.
Worst case put a torch to it
That’s actually good advice
I usually hit it by tightening it first then loosen it. May loosen some dirt, rust, or grime.
How will I get it to Torque? 148LB Ft is a lot for such a Confined space
with the tire off and the truck lifted you'll have enough space to get it to 150
you can put a metal pipe on your torque wrench for extra leverage
