If your cams are this worn, your rollers/ rocker arms are most likely worn as well.
This is going to be a pricey fix.
You can probably get a way with it for a little bit but your going to have lots of valve train noise and eventually poorer performance.

As long as I can get away with it for a bit I should be set. Rebuilding from the block up hopefully in the next few weeks so was thinking of just running a thicker oil until then.
