Find the accessory power wire that your radio runs on and use that for power.

LED strip lights are what I assume you mean by EL lighting. LEDautomotive is my go to site for lighting but there are plenty out there. Read reviews is my main advice there

Yeah those are just LED strip lights lining the contours of the interior

Without doing some dremel work it's not gonna be possible to mimic that pic and look clean

But it's very possible

But that pic looks to have a diffuser in place to give that smooth light beam rather than LED dots

No basic LED strip kit will have that as diffusers generally aren't flexible

Where’s what they look like

So they are very thin on the bottom that will allow you to push the light into the spaces in the dash.

They are fiber optic so there is no real lights in the strips @broken flame
