I need to know what the text means on the lights and the black turning things, its a 220v ac to 12v dc battery charger builded in a 1979 peigeot j7, so its also kinda old french
The black things are fuses. Turn them and the little glass tube fuse will come out.
Yep we putted in a 6.3A glass fuse, still nothing sadly

There is better tech in modern smart chargers if all you’re trying to do is charge a battery. You can get 12v chargers at any auto parts store.
