Hey! Anyone willing to help me with a problem I’m having on a ‘06 Saturn Vue? I’m 15, this is my second car, but the motor doesn’t sound like the previous one I had. Really loud, previously it purred and was barely audible from the inside.

Nvm I think I figured it out! I’m running 5w30 and the motor wants 5w20

Doesn't it need 5w30? From a quick search looks like both the 2.2L 4-cylinder and the 3.5L V6 both want 5w-30

A viscosity change by 10 shouldn’t do much to anything imo
Your problem is you keep buying Saturns
