Just got back from a road trip on Sunday and experienced no issues during the drive there and back. Went into work yesterday and noticed something was off but I didn't think anything of it. Today when driving into work, as I tried accelerating at a rate faster than "leisurely" I get a loud shuttering and jerking sound and vibration coming from my car. I have attached a sort video showing the kind of sound my car is making while accelerating. I haven't tried revving in neutral/park to see if its a transmission issue or an engine issue as I am apprehensive to make the issue worse.

Car Info:
2018 Kia Stinger GT2
45200 miles
JB4 Piggyback Tune in Map 2
Denso step 2 plugs (about to be replaced)
Injen Cold Air Intakes
Borla Catback Exhaust

Based on the information you provided and the sound in the video, it is possible that the issue is related to the transmission or drivetrain of your car. The shaking and jerking sound and vibration when accelerating could indicate that the transmission is slipping or that there is a problem with the driveshaft, axle, or differential.

It is not recommended to rev the engine in neutral or park to diagnose the issue, as this could potentially cause further damage. Instead, it is best to have your car inspected by a qualified mechanic as soon as possible. The mechanic can diagnose the issue and recommend the necessary repairs.

In the meantime, you may want to avoid driving your car until the issue is resolved to prevent further damage. If the issue is related to the transmission, continued driving could cause more significant damage and lead to costly repairs.

It's also worth noting that the modifications to your car, such as the JB4 piggyback tune, Denso step 2 plugs, Injen Cold Air Intakes, and Borla Catback Exhaust, could potentially contribute to the issue. It's possible that one of these modifications has caused the problem, so it's important to let the mechanic know about any modifications you've made to the car.
