Is it even worth trying to mess with these flanges? I need to get the headers disconnected in a driveway DIY but not even hammering on a socket is working. I’m tempted to just cut the pipe and pay an exhaust shop to replace the flange once this repair is done
There’s like… supposed to be nut there? If you can call whatever remains there a “nut”

Flange is probably still okay, you just need to cut the bolt and drill out the factory stud and replace with a bolt when you're done
