I wanna put a spacer on my lancer but im not sure how to find the right measurement for the spacer, is there any way of measuring it without special tools?

A ruler is a special tool?

Besides it doesn't matter much since you will have to roll the fenders to match the tire

Spacers are bad

Bad IMO. Just fit a wider tire. They put extra strain on the lugs and wheel bearing. A lot of spacers are made cheaply.

Most of the time they are bad, anything over a inch will cause wear on your bearings. Also I would only run hub-centric spacers to prevent vibrations and backing off of lug nuts

@modern nova just get negative offset rims

to add to that- factory studs are typically pretty shit to begin with

#

though i'm sure if you find a dedicated community hub, they can direct you to the exact spacer width

He lucky has the brain cells to get negative offset rims instead of coping

Finally

4 inches is pretty ridiculous

assuming they've got a widened body, that would look pretty off having such thin wheels with such a wide stance

So he needs some deep rims

Rims are always better than spacers
