Is it possible to add color to the texts for the damage types in the tooltips? It would make the texts easier to read at a glance.

#

Might be also be better if the text don't wrap. So at a glance, we know that the first line is its damage class, second line is strong against, and third line is weak against.

Swordsman
Damage Class: cutting
Resists: cutting, fire, and explosive damage
Weak against: piercing, blunt, and magical damage

@rugged onyx has learned a new technique and is now level 1!

It is hard to read in some cases (background) if you use colours. White is the best way to go here for sure

There is a black overlay behind the text, I think that would make a lot of colors viable. Though my suggestion isn't really about adding colors, just wanted it to be easily readable even at a glance. There should be other ways to do it.

yes this overlay is nearly invisible for some reasons. if you need help about weaknesses and strenghts, you can also tip T ingame. There is the "help" menu for your clan you are playing right now

#

In combat you shouldnt read that much anyway, that should be done before imo, better you micro manage your units

yes you can only see the bg's i'm sorry

#

maybe add all charakter info into the help menu would be nice hm?

Maybe that's also a good thing to add, so you can choose a unit to produce to counter enemy units.

I think piercing here should be vivid light blue. Can't see nothing with dark navy blue.

#

Wish Armor Multiplier chart would be in the game help menu screen too

Ah I just randomly selected colors. I agree the colors picked should be readable. Personally I think the colors should be consistent throughout all texts in game. That is why I left the selection of colors to the devs.

I recall nothing new (new balance), if you only play 2-5 hours a week or a month (me rn)

#

People who can remember AM system perfectly is the people who has at least 100 hours timeplay. Or experienced player who play 5-10 hours a week.

Such a harsh thing to learn and master with only tooltip that show the info only 1 unit per time and only while playing
timeliness of yearning for knowledge and curiousness couldn't be satisfied by tool-tip alone

Oops, accidentally deleted the image while editing my reply (I am new to discord). But basically better colors should be used, I leave the actual colors to be used to the devs. It will also be helpful if they are consistent throughout all texts that refers to them.

I would absolutely positively L O V E this addition, even if it was just an option in the game settings.
Color coding is phenomenal for remembering and recalling information.

Also the suggestion to have the text not wrap is absolutely critical.
Since in 2022 we all have much bigger screens and resolutions than in 2001 there is no reason for text to wrap, causing significant loss in readability and clarity.

it can also be color coded like the BR Wiki has it, such as if its red unit is very resistant to it, gray if its neutral and yellow if its weak to it (with blue being generally resistant)
