Once it hits 00:00 UTC (<t:1777593600:t> local), you can refresh your game, and your Club+ Subscription will allow you to claim the Science Class box

No, you won't. I find it easier to think of you buying a month's worth of active Club (or Club+) access, rather than buying a box. As long as you have active Club access, you can claim the current calendar month's Club box and benefits.
