#cheat program

I struggle to understand how and why someone would behave this way, even if it's just to improve their poker skills or for their own pride. How can virtual chips possibly hold more value for some people?
@fresh cobalt whats the person username?
I won't say his name here; I maintain a certain ethical standard, even against this kind of person.
But anyway, I doubt we'll ever see him again, unfortunately. Because apart from that, he's not necessarily a bad person.
The problem is that this kind of program exists and is used; I hope the support team will find a way to remedy this.
The person might not be bad. But he or she was playing unethically and that ruins the fun for everyone trying to get the higher money
I agree, of course, but I would prefer that they question themselves rather than be banned, although that's a somewhat idealistic dream.
Besides, these tokens don't really have any value other than that of honesty and sharing; if you are genuinely honest and open-minded, you will find someone to give you some, and you will give them to others in return.
We are either Jedi, or we are on the dark side.
And yes, I lost 1 or 2 million that I was going to earn through my efforts because of that. I know how it feels :((
In the interest of player privacy and safety, public callouts are not permitted under any circumstance. @fresh cobalt Thank you for reporting this at the Vegas Infinite Help Center.
I didn't give any names; it seemed natural to me.
And I won't give it away, but the information deserves to be known.
I didn't mean to come across thinking you did. Thank you for not. The statement was more for SMOLEN83
Have had the similar situation
Player naming cards pre flop, saying he is cheating openly at the table
Plus he has won tournaments
Very unfair or just sad that players go to such lengths
So when they do it again - what is the best way to deal with such a player?
I shudder when I see him in tournaments
I won’t enter because I know he cheats
Recording and reporting the player, with the video proof using a #❓︱support-tickets is the best way to handle it
