I dont know why but its seems like 9 times out of 10 pc players are just always going all in pre flop and its pretty crazy for how common ive witnessed it would be nice if there was an option to only play with other vr players

It's not just PC players who do this, VR players do it too. It would be better if there was a way to blacklist such players so you don't encounter them again.

9/10 times? Well that sounds more like a stakes problem then a platform problem.

#

Raise your stakes and it should be less frequent. Or stick to sng or spngos where those players are rapidly eliminates or just don't do it. Mtts to a degree too

9/10 is just a saying for how common i see it but i also forgot how many people got new headsets since xmas im running into all these new players with only about 100 hands played either way i think this would be a good add since we cant kick people... i dont know how it was "abused" back then but if that is the case they could make it where the whole table will need to vote for it or sum 🤷🏽‍♂️

I’ve been playing since before it was called Vegas infinite and cross play this has always been a problem especially in low stakes

Ironically flat screeners (iOS Android PC) may think the same 💭
At times I find the antics of VR players just as frustrating
All over the table being distracting
Regardless we are here to enjoy the game 😀🤣

Worst thing they ever did was allow pc and phone players to play….but hey more money for them and they don’t care about you

High stakes makes only a little difference to a certain extent, people do it because its not real money which i understand but its not poker at that point going all in on pre flop, there has to be a way to prevent it even if its not kicking like if you go all in pre flop maybe you can get timed out like a sit out for a hand or 2, or maybe leave it up to the table host, or maybe try somethings and see how it goes if its "abused" then remove it or atleast try to add a option to the table where there is no all in on pre flop, if theres a will theres a way but it seems these devs dont have the will

I do not like the idea of being timed out for going all in preflop. It's an entirely valid and legal move as long as there is no collusion. I feel like that would be a mess and I am unaware of any no limit game that would punish someone for going all in preflop.

Have you tried just asking the people politely who might be doing it excessively?

It sounds like you may prefer playing sng. This should happen way less and if it does, they are usually broke in a short period of time and can't rebuy.

#

Part of the fun of poker is how you adapt your play to the rest of the table, and if it's predictable then that means it should be made profitable to exploit that person's predictability. Or, if you don't like that table's behavior, then change tables or play a different mode.

But as you describe it I think you may enjoy sng more.

Sounds like a desire for Limit Poker perhaps?

Pre-flop all-ins are often linked to collusion between different players. If you see two or more players going all-in like that, you can be almost certain they are communicating in some way and that it's not just a coincidence.

You can’t make a pot limit game here? Only in Omaha
Pot limit Poker - would be interesting

Yeah it is what it is nothings going to change, it kinda kills the vibe when everyone at the table is having fun then someone spawns in then starts doing it and making cool people that youve met leave the table before even asking to friend them, ill be taking this post down here soon, i understand its a legal move but in my eyes its abused way more then what you would see watching real poker tournaments for real money, i played this game cause again its cool to meet new people and chat in vr, but ill be uninstalling this game to find a new poker game and who knows it might be the same elsewhere but in a sense its like we are the ones getting "kicked" from our own table if we dont want to go all in pre flop multiple times in a row we have to just leave find a new one, anyways i appreciate everyone for giving there two cents on this. Every comment is valid and understandable.
