i can’t log into my account or change the password and there is no way to delete it so what do i do every time i go to change the password the key board just disappears or it just says error wait 15 seconds

In the lower right corner, you should see a Vegas Infinite logo (depending on your browser, this may be a black chat-looking icon in stead). Clicking this will open a menu that will let you chat with the AI Agent, or in the options below, fill out a Support Ticket.

It is difficult manage support tickets via email. I did this for the first three or four months until I found that I could actually log into Support and see the actual support tickets and the responses.
And support will very quickly close a ticket to keep their timings or whatever that they need to meet and they do not respond very quickly but if you do it directly through your account we support the responses are much faster and more prompt
