Do you consider it chip dumping if I own two accounts 1 meta and 1 steam to give chips between them as I'm the owner and chip buyer for both? Facts behind question.. My meta account Hellfish cannot buy chips or club membership (which I had prior to the issue) as I'm unable to buy chips of club membership. My steam account I have no problems with this issue even using the same bank card. So is this chip dumping to myself?

The only way allowed in Vegas Infinite to give other players chips is by purchasing them as a gift through the in game store.
Additional questions about what is or is not allowed in Vegas Infinite may be asked at the Vegas Infinite Support Center:

and if you are not able to see the other person in poker then how do you buy yourself chips?
I'm a bit confused by that question. If you are unable to see the other person in poker, then you wouldn't be able to do what you suggested in your original post. You can make purchases as a gift from the in-game store to any player that is in the same room as you.
I cannot see my other account to gift myself from one account to the other
can only gift a friend from the steam account and I cannot see my meta account in friends
this whole issue is cause by the meta store giving me an error when trying to buy chips for the past 3 months and they are not finding a resolution for me
In the gifting menu, there is an additional tab after the Friends tab, labeled Players. That tab will list players who are in the same room as you. You can send gifts to any player that is in the same room.
I can play my two account against each other, I cannot gift from my steam account to my meta account
when playing from a pc?
If they are in the same room playing and able to play, then you should be able to send them a gift purchase by selecting the Players tab in the gifting portion of the purchase menu.
i DID JUST AS YOU ASKED AND PURCHASED THE CHIPS FOR 19.99 AND NEVER RECEIVED THE CHIP TO MY META ACCOUNT?
so now that I purchased the chips where did they go as they are not in either of my accounts?
The gift recipient should have a notification in their game menu to accept the gift.
Do note that while having multiple accounts is permitted, they cannot interact in any way. You are more than welcome to review the General Terms that are agreed to in order to play Vegas Infinite, and any further questions regarding them can be asked at the Vegas Infinite Support Center.
So what happened to my 19.99 that I purchased through the steam account for chips?
You are more than welcome to inquire at the Vegas Infinite Support Center to have the Support Team look into this. We do not have the tools to answer that question, nor would anyone on Discord.
Also then my meta account cannot purchase chips because an error on that side doesn't allow me to. that must mean my meta account is dead?
Again, you can inquire at the Vegas Infinite Support Center. The Support Team can look into the issue and assist you.
it has been 3 months they have been looking into this
multiple tickets no resolution and finally now no reply back?
You can reply to the automated email sent when you made your Ticket to request a status update
I have for three months now
found my chips given to myself as the gifting to myself doesn't work
As I checked my meta account never received the chips
never received the chips in my steam account either?
Please close and restart Vegas Infinite on your Meta account, then check your notifications again. It isn't unheard of for the gifts to not immediately appear.
If they still aren't there, please file a report at the Vegas Infinite Support Cneter so the Support Team can investigate:

Lol you call it a support team, most companies would have fired the entire team for not meeting SLA's in a timely manner.
But who are we just the many customers who keep this app running.
No problem I'll wait soothe 12 months for a possible response.
