Wanted to take advantage of the 3x sale and BOGO deal. Bought a friend chips but they said they felt bad and couldn’t accept them which is fine. They say they pressed a “not now” button as there was no reject gift option. So will I get a refund or do those chips just stay in limbo if they never accept the gift?

During GOGO, gifts cannot be declined. Pressing Not Now will just prompt them later to Accept or Not Now again until they do accept it.
