Hi Vegas Infinite Community and Moderators,

I’m reaching out here as I’ve been dealing with an ongoing issue (Request 170800) logging into my account, even after trying all the suggested troubleshooting steps from support. Despite a stable internet connection and creating a new linked account on my Quest 3, I’m still getting the same authentication error none of which occurs if I sign in as a guest. My repeated attempts to get help through support tickets have only received generic responses no response at all, and it’s become frustrating as I’m a paying subscriber with regular in-game purchases.

If anyone in the community has experienced similar issues or if a moderator could help escalate this, I’d be really grateful for the assistance. Thank you all for any advice or support!

Just as some additional information error either states unknown or internet connection, I've tried across all 3 platforms (android, PC & Quest 3 same issue) I know it isn't anything my end as I've described I can log onto guest account without issue.
