It may take up to two weeks for delivery. If it had been more than two weeks since you completed the challenge requirement, then please file a report at the Vegas Infinite Support Center so a Support Team member can look into it:

so i have not gotten my craps neckles yet but i got my slots one the very next day of doing the challege and i did them both the same day same with my roulette one still dont have it . . . can you let me know if i still gotta wait 2 weeks

Yes, the rewards necklaces may take up to two weeks for delivery. They may be delivered faster, but it is requested that you allow for up to two weeks for the delivery. If it is not delivered after that amount of time, then you can file a report at the Vegas Infinite Support Center.

Just to confirm, you rolled more than 20 times without a 7 out? As in the screen displayed 21 with your name as shooter? There has been some confusion with some people. If it's been 2 weeks then you can ping them over email
