Indeed it is. I'm sure that all those affected who submitted a support ticket were taken care of. It's ironic though, at least 2 folks that I recall very well were very rude, condescending, down right nasty towards the community for trying to offer help in submitting tickets. Once they were finally compensated for what they paid for and plus more, there wasn't even a peep of 'sorry for being an ass hat about it' to anyone.
