If you submitted a ticket then you have spoken to the ones you need to. There is no other group/person to try. Most of those types of rewards they will tell you to wait two weeks at least.

It may take up to seven business days after submitting the ticket for a response. If seven business days have already elapsed and you haven't received a response, you can reply to that confirmation email to request a status update.
