I'm sorry you had this experience, this is not tolerated within Vegas Infinite. There is a known issue with muting not working as intended, and it will be fixed, though we do not have an ETA on this at this time. In the meantime, however, please report any disruptive or abusive users to the Vegas Infinite Support Center so our team can investigate the user and take action as needed. Ingame, you can do this with your watch menu (Watch, Next, Social, Players, their name, reporting icon), or you can visit the Vegas Infinite Support Center website here: https://support.vegasinfinite.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Using the website allows you to provide additional detail, and if you have it, video as well, though the latter is not required.
