If your old enough and you didn’t break the TOS agreement it will correct itself, give the Mods/Devs time they need to establish that and do what they say you have no trouble. Please use the email that they sent to you to respond back. You definitely get better there. Good luck.

In almost 4 years on here I've never heard of anyone banned for simply using a gun. Being an ass with a prop (prop abuse) might get you banned, but simply using one - not heard that one.

Not to nitpick, but calling what you describe as the "epicenter of cancel culture" is going a bit far. If a person uses props appropriately and in line with the general terms, there isn't s problem. They wouldn't offer guns if they punished people for using them appropriately.

The same happened to me this morning. Couldn't log in Vegas infinite. The screen said banned for being underaged. I am 45. Don't have kids and nobody is using the headset except for me. I immediately submitted an appeal, but now I need to wait 7 days before somebody repairs this mistake? Why not ask somebody to verify his/her age, before banning that person? I can easily prove that I am 45, almost 46.
I am fighting metastatic breastcancer and Vegas Infinite is (was) a great way for me to clear my head and have some banter with friends and make friends overseas. So not being able to log in and play with my friends is devastating. And maybe waiting 7 days isn't so long for others, when you have been told by the doctors that they can't tell how long you have to live, seven days suddenly feels like ages (thank G I am doing great at this time). I don't now who has reported me for being under age, but that person is clearly lying. I am unpatiently waiting until I can reunite with my friends. Because this is unfair to me. Hopefully my account is unbanned quickly and I don't lose my bankaccount and the stash I already bought. 😭

Not directed towards anyone specific case, but if you have kids or let someone young use your headset, they may have logged on without your knowledge and played under your account causing people to report them. Either way hope it all gets resolved.

How can it be that Vegas Infinite blocks innocent people and then let them wait 7 days before a response and a solution? So I did nothing wrong (I am 45, so not underaged) and I am cut out of my fun, my bankaccount, my stash and have to miss out on my free spins and rewards????? While the rooms are packed with kids every day?! I am sorry but that's not really customer friendly, don't you think. I was thinking about becoming a club member, but after being banned for being underage for no reason, I am not feeling like that anymore. Because apparently every bully can randomly report you and Vegas Infinite blocks you without a decent research first... unbelievable.

Usually you only get banned for one of many reasons. Underage account. We the owner lets a child play on the account which then results in ban. The parent sometimes doesnt know a kid plays on the account. then the ban happens.. Other times it can be words exchanged on a table were a person is reported for something they said or gestured. Sometimes a ban will happen if pokerstars are recording them selves at a time (the little red dot sometimes appears) which means there monitoring a table gathering evidence etc. And then can result in ban... There alsorts of reasons you can get banned..
