I bought the vegas infinite launch bundle(€20) but didn’t revive the items so I contacted support and they told me I can’t get the items because of my region and they told me to contact meta support for a refund then they told me they can’t give me a refund and to contact vegas infinite support (you see this is going in a loop) so I e mailed vegas infinite support again and told them the situation but they just told me the same thing and it felt like an automated text so I would just like to know if it is possible that the items can just be put on my account manually because apparently it’s impossible to refund
