Same thing happened to me the. They told me they couldn’t do anything to help and disqualified me

and that sucks, especially when you have autism and mental health issues and dont have a liscense or passport for that reason... i have a scottish id card and live in the uk and can prove all of this with birth certificate and my scottish id photo, and my account and everything else... THEY BETTER let me claim, or its Trading Standards
