#Can't Login on Steam or VR

An update was just pushed out. Try updating your game and trying again.
This is the 3rd time that I can't log into my PokerStars,
Can you show my what to do
I crash every time I get to either the email selection screen on Steam VI or when it starts the VI logo. It shuts steam down and then the game closes too. Sometimes SteamVR crashes with it, sometimes not.
Echoing Moozers here. I have opened a support ticket. Followed the instructions. Replied. Game does not work in Steam VR with an Index. No further response from support. Once I click login (new login screen thing) Steam VR & Steam crashes. Only happens with this game. Anyone else get this game to work on Steam VR? I even tried launching non VR. That worked. Game is unplayable via Steam VR on an Index.
Kinda glad I've finally found someone else with the same problem. Here is the ONLY thing I have found that has worked twice in a row.
I have steam/steamvr/vi all shut down, nothing is running, and I use a shortcut to open VI, forcing it to load all 3 at once and it is working for me. Makes no sense, but here we are.
And to add onto @spare rain , I often crash just upon even seeing the "Click your email to login screen". I usually can't even do that part, and then most of the time I can, it crashes upon the VI logo starting.
For me Downgrading to a older version of SteamVR helped the crashing
following up here. I was able to get the game to work properly by selecting steam vr, betas, then oculus_win7and8 - v1.15.12 of SteamVR which allowed older Oculus software.
Same exact issue here. Very frustrating. Hopefully there is a patch
I've been having the same problem recently with SteamVR and my Index
thanks for sharing this, this workaround allowed me to get in. previous to this, I would never see the login prompt
Seems like it's been fixed. Kudos. Can run this on the current version of Steam VR. As it should be. From a developer and SysAdmin perspective, there is no reason why others should not update aside from pure laziness. Thanks for being proactive Devs
I still can not log into Pokerstarsvr since 10/10/23. I have done all updates and all suggestions by support via emails. Can someone PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME TO LOG INTO POKERSTARSVR.
I really need a Dev to help me. This has gone on since update on 10/10/23. No one has help me get back on pokerstarsvr. I have tickets on help. The updates didn't help.
It has been over two months. I am a club+ member and have not received any club boxes in two months.
Yes I have put in a ticket to help, they have not helped me get back on. I have done all updates and suggestions they have asked. Nothing has worked to get my game working.
The Devs only help through the support ticket system that you said you already submitted. And there is no need to post your plea over multiple channels and support topics.
Hopefully you read my other replies, there may be something you can spot by reading the other support topics of things to try that may work.
@fair hatch I have found out that they will stop trying to help after two months, I have heard nothing more about this issue. I am not able to see your old posts about login problems.
Please reply to the emails you have received from the support team to inform them that you are continuing to experience problems.
