I haven't been able to play for at least 5 days, since the update. I've filed a support ticket for the issue and THEY'VE DONE NOTHING!!

The only tech solution they had was to check for updates or Uninstaller and reinstall the game....REALLY?

It's the update that made the game stop working. But I did both brilliant tech suggestions.....Guess What? NOTHING. They didn't work.

I still cannot get my wheel bonus and I cannot call any bets or play at a table. This BS even cost me my eligibility for the quest giveaway.

WHAT IS GOING TO BE DONE TO FIX THIS??? I'm paying for a game I cannot even play. This needs a resolution!!!!

Also, have you deleted the app data. Not uninstall the app, but just delete the app data seems to have helped some. You don’t lose anything, but it can reset things that may be causing glitches.

I've been using hand tracking for months, never been an issue after updates before. But I can't go back. Right controller doesn't work anymore.
Have to check out the ap data part. Figured that would happen naturally when uninstalling the game, but guess not.

Yeah, I think it’s the only way to truly get rid of all the files even if you did an uninstall and reinstall.

Just tried it.....NOTHING 🙄😬😞
Apparently it does delete the ap data when you uninstall cause I just had to go through the same stuff. But still went and did it separately but didn't make a difference. Game still screwed and nothing done to fix it.

I think the premise is we have to figure out why it doesn’t work for you as it does already work for 99 percent of the masses.

Wish I had more to suggest. You can also use the support email to tell them what you tried by responding to the email with updates.

One other pain in the butt thing to try is a factory reset of the device. Not sure how well that would go over with a non working hand controller.

Also, you might be able to purchase a used controller for a low price off eBay, maybe even Amazon.

I'm a player like you, just throwing out my idea of help and suggestions. My name is in green only because I've posted a lot in this Discord. The real technical stuff goes to the Devs or support team with the a support ticket. With the fact you have one controller not working, I'm pretty sure they will highly suggest getting a new.

Well that is easier said then done. New controllers are ridiculous in cost, even from people selling them secondhand. I shouldn't have to replace the broken controller just to "work around" where their stupid PC update screwed everything up. This is their issue to fix. Not an issue I should have to pay $$$ out of pocket to fix. Unless that is their ploy...make things malfunction just to get people to spend more money? Nope. Nope. Nope.

I've been able to submit other videos via the email, but they were smaller. I'm not going through that YouTube mess, it's ridiculous.

the dismissiveness im seeing here is seriously frustrating (not from the guy helping, i mean the devs with this feature, its for accessibility ffs, prioritize it)

in my case, my left controller is fucked so im able to pick up the right long enough to spin

im also having a problem with it triggering the movement during hand tracking

oh cool, came to find help with the pc version not making it past loading, its a global issue as well.. no QA done at all, and how much money is poured into this? christ

I replied to my support ticket with more information, hoping it would help. But the return communication is sub-par. I hope this is something they can figure out and fix soon. I don't feel I should have to buy a new controller to work around what they messed up. Because it was working fine for months. I haven't had any issues with hand tracking until now.
I would hate to have to cancel my subscription and stop playing all together. I enjoy it and the friends I've made, but this is frustrating.

My hand tracking also hasn't worked at poker table or to open cigar clutch and I already filed a ticket. My controllers work fine and everything does what it should, but hand tracking is broken and it's frustrating as it's way easier to play that way and never had an issue until the update. PC (non VR) version works fine for me... But with hand tracking on quest 2 if I pick up chips to bet, they just disappeared in front of me and can't play.

I just rotated my wrist and flipped the manually, I didn't even know about the joystick flip trick until I saw others doing it because I never play with controllers
