#when I load up Vegas infinite it crashes
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
Please try clearing your app data with the following instructions:
Go to Meta Settings, Storage, find Vegas Infinite, Delete App Data, then try reloading Vegas Infinite again (don't worry, this will not delete your account data. You will need to agree to the TOS/Permissions again though. Your Bankroll and Items will all be safe.)
Could you try this and let me know if it fixes?
I tried this and it didn’t work wtf
I had to factory reset my oculus 2 and re-install. Everything works except hand tracking use.
It didn't fix anything
heres a clip on what happens

Yes I did
Thank you for reaching out to us! We're sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue.
Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
- ) Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the Vegas Infinite software.
- ) Check that all software permissions are enabled, e.g. Storage and Microphone, for Vegas Infinite.
- ) Check if there are any pending Meta/Oculus Operating System updates for your headset.
- ) Restart all internet connection devices, e.g. modems and routers, then restart your Meta/Oculus headset.
- ) Disconnect your Quest 2 headset from your WiFi network from within your headset settings.
- ) If on PC and using a NVIDIA brand video card, go to your NVIDIA Control Panel settings and under 3D Settings -> Manage 3D settings, navigate to the top right and click Restore Defaults -> Restore (on the bottom right).
- ) If there are multiple accounts on your headset, please try installing Vegas Infinite on each account separately, even if it is already installed on the headset.
- ) If on PC, make sure that you have the newest graphics card drivers installed and updated for your NVIDIA or AMD brand graphics card.
- ) Go to Oculus Settings -> Storage and select Vegas Infinite. Select "Delete App Data" (this will not delete your account or chips/stash/creds/stats). You will then need to re-accept the General Terms agreement and Storage/Microphone permissions for Vegas Infinite.
- ) Contact your Internet Service Provider to see if there are any potential issues or resolutions on their end regarding connection to our servers.
I did all of this 2 times
