#Am I banned or just a bug

Bans are accompanied by a message saying so.
Please try clearing your app data with the following instructions:
Go to Meta Settings, Storage, find Vegas Infinite, Delete App Data, then try reloading Vegas Infinite again (don't worry, this will not delete your account data. You will need to agree to the TOS/Permissions again though. Your Bankroll and Items will all be safe.)
If that doesn't help, please file a support ticket with the Vegas Infinite Support Center using this link:

I had the same issue... But I discovered that the mic in the Oculus settings itself, had been turned off somehow. After turning it back on, it solved why nobody could hear me. It has happened a couple times now. Idk how it keeps getting muted🤷🏼♀️
