I am missing 5 million chips...?

So I noticed the 2X Chip Sale going on and because, My PSVR2 account doesn't have much in the bank.
I decided to take advantage and get 10 million chips for $99.99 But, I Only got 5 million chips....? Please, Help!!!

Yes, I already did that... I got a Reply Back! They said they will look into this issue. This was two days ago.

I bought this $99.99 Bundle to take advantage of the 2X Chip Sale. And I Noticed, the Message saying it was unintentionally and that they have turned it off. But, I didn't know that at the time of buying my chips. I believe, I should of still have received, the 10 Million Chips. But, After purchase I only received. 5 Million as you can see in the picture. I ❤️ PokerStarsVR and wanted to take advantage of this 2X Chip Sale. To build up My PSVR2 Account!

@fiery arch Yes, I hope sooner than later. I don't even want to play my PSVR2 PokerStarsVR account until this matter is solved. So I play on my Steam account in the mean time. While waiting for some Help!

Update, I just got a Message from PokerStarsVR that they Added the 5 Million chips to My Account! Heck Yeah! 👍
