I have play poker stars vr for about 1 month but I’ve never encountered this bug yet. When I load into the game I see the quick cutscene but when I get the loading screen into the dorm it freezes at this game is for mature 18+ audiences in which I am I don’t know what to do I have a meta quest 2 headset just in case you need the information anything will help. I have play poker stars vr for about 1 month but I’ve never encountered this bug...
Please try the following:
Go to Meta Settings, Storage, find PokerStars VR, Delete App Data, then try reloading PokerStars VR again (don't worry, this will not delete your account data. You will need to agree to the TOS/Permissions again though. Your Bankroll and Items will all be safe.)
If that still doesn't help, it is recommended that you file a support ticket at the PokerStars VR Help Center:
