I believe they will email you confirmation, if it is an underage ban that needs to be verified. You can always fill out a #❓︱support-tickets and ask the help desk about the status of your account. Nobody on discord has access to this info.

Is that from sumsub or the psvr help desk? (Please do not post screenshots)
If it is from sumsub, then the psvr help desk (Zendesk) I believe still needs to review the sumsub report and determine if they will unban the account.
