#No internet exiting in 5 seconds... (error loading game configuration)

I was playing my Quest 2 yesterday around 3-4 pm, got off, and got back on again around 11 pm. When I attempted to play again I keep getting this error message that there is no internet even though my oculus shows that I am connected to the WIFI and signal strength is excellent. After frustration of trying to troubleshoot it on my own, I eventually factory reset my oculus, conncted it to the WIFI, and redownloaded pokerstarsVR. When the download completed I booted the game back up and I'm still getting this error message. I don't know what is happening, I cant even use the explore app to browse the internet or look at available games through the store. Please help.

Thanks for listing what you tried. One thing you haven't mentioned if you power cycled your router. I had the exact same situation, exact same troubleshooting (despite other devices working just fine) and wasn't resolved by a factory reset. Myself and others did get it to work perfectly once a router power cycle was performed.

But if the headset isn't connecting, then this would be a wider issue with your headset, and should be addressed with meta support. Best to use live chat, not tickets, for faster responses and troubleshooting

power cycle my router by unplugging and plugging it back in?
