I had that problem the other day, not sure what caused it, the next day it was working again.
Make sure you did the audio tutorial. Might be worth it to reset app permissions and make sure to enable mic and recording permissions

Are you linked to PC, or are you on a standalone headset?
I reset 3 times and it fixed the issue, however 4 of my friends also experienced the same issue.
It could be due to permissions settings or issues with their Internet connection.
They can try resetting permissions by clearing app data:
Go to Meta Settings, Storage, find PokerStars VR, Delete App Data, then try reloading PokerStars VR again (don't worry, this will not delete your account data. You will need to agree to the TOS/Permissions again though. Your Bankroll and Items will all be safe.)
If this turns out to be a bug do I get a fly swatter?
That is up to the determination of the Support Team, though the requirements to receive one are fairly strict.
