didn't receive chain

Charliehustle365 here and I got a royal flush and recieved my grand pot amount but did not receive the signature piece and chain that comes with it. I looked I. Apparel but it is not there, please help I would very much like to receive it thanks

It can take up to 2 weeks to receive it.

Congrats! As stated, yes, the chain will be added to your stash soon. Unlike the chips, the chain is added manually by staff and generally done in batches. Keep an eye on your stash and be ready to show it off 🙂
