Good luck , they use multiple decks I’m pretty certain and they probably shuffle more than you think

It isn't illegal in real money casinos either
Just make sure you understand how it works, and why (in my opinion) it's a waste of time to do on this site, due to the reshuffle point in a 6 deck shoe. If you want to do it for fun, knock yourself out. But it's a lot of work and I don't think it's remotely worth it. Just learn and play basic strategy, that gets you most of the way there.

card counting most likely wont work in Pokerstars VR, they use a random card generator unlike RL casinos. it would be almost impossible to do it in the VR game.

The card generator generates the shoe, which is then a fixed order. That means it is like a casino. It's just as possible here than in RL. Why it's not worth it here is bc the reshuffle happens 40-60% of the way through.
