Copy that, just don’t believe it is the first time doing it. Will not do it again I am sorry. Just was first experience with someone like this and found it very odd that I was banned when she told I know someone who will get you banned and minutes later I was banned. Yet she wasn’t. Seems a unfair balance which makes the game not enjoyable to play. I submitted a request on that yet I won’t be surprised if nothing is done. Just another toxic person on the game getting away with whatever they please.
Also could have edited the name out of it, that way other users can be aware of the type of people who abuse power are in the game. Honestly find it mind blowing. Double standard and not right for mods or whoever has power to do so is corrupt like this.

Also it is not true it applies equally to all since she received no ban. Explain that. It’s not right for this to happen and I’ll fight this until the end since I love this game. Yet if this is not handled properly then I will voice what happened to all so that way hopefully this type of behavior stops and no one is above the rules.

You are more than welcome to submit a report to the PokerStars VR Help Center, with video if you have it, to let our moderation team know of behavior that runs in violation of it. All reports are handled on a case-by-case basis based on the findings of the report.

I don’t have video of it, don’t know how to record on VR. Guessing she recorded others talking but didn’t when she was saying everything. Poker stars should be able to check voice activity in the game for a specific time. Which I have.
If it applies equally then she should be banned too. Which I know that she isn’t since he has a man on the inside. Total corruption tbh. Disgraceful tbh

Not speaking for or defending anyone here since I didn't observe it. But what I will say is that we as players don't have disclosures about how they review and judge tos violations. That said, I've heard many people make claims about being mods, staff, etc at tables that simply aren't true. They might have reported something and it was quickly reviewed, I don't know. But I would hesitate before jumping to conclusions about corruption just because someone ran their mouth at a table. Heck people I've never met before I've heard have been going around and making claims that they are friends with me haha
Also the site has said that people who work for the support desk and are in charge of moderation of accounts in-game are not hired from the player pool. So personally I think it's unlikely that they were able to actually have these contacts and that someone wouldn't act with proper integrity.

Bans are issued for clear violations of Terms of Service, and no player has any power or is able to "get you banned". ToxMod AI scans voice chat for potentially toxic and underage users for Support to review, in addition to our in game reporting system and our PokerStars VR Help Center where you can report ToS violations. I agree with you and have played numerous times and never experienced anything like this. But I’m telling you 100% she contacted someone she knew and minutes later one of the guys at the table was gone.(main guy arguing with her). Then a few more minutes later I noticed I was muted for 7 days. Just would like the mods of the game to look into this since this is a clear violation of power and position. I wouldn’t go to all this trouble and be this frustrated if I believed there was a chance it wasn’t corruption. Thank you for your input though◡̈
